Our Pre-sales Services allows us to better understand the customer and their requirements. By developing an awareness of the customer’s existing infrastructure and the security challenges they wish to overcome, our expert consultants are able to advise on product choices to complement existing infrastructure or advise on new technology to replace legacy equipment. 

Product resale is at the core of our business, be that physical or virtual appliances or cloud and SaaS offerings. Our sales team has a solid grounding in the select Cyber Security Vendor portfolio we offer and can provide onward advice on license options, product support and subscription services. In 2019 FullProxy was accepted onto both G-Cloud 11 and Digital Outcomes and Specialists 4 Frameworks giving us greater direct access to Public Sector customers.

FullProxy offers world class Professional Services to help customers realise the full potential of their Cyber Security investment. We can help design, implement and integrate new technology purchased and bring experience and knowledge to strategy and architecture discussions to help reduce Cyber risk and improve compliance. Our senior consultants are certified to the highest levels with the Vendors we provide and are among the most experienced in the industry having worked across the Public and Private sectors over the last 30 years.

We provide ongoing Support & Maintenance Services offering customers 24x7 helpdesk facilities and access to expert advice on troubleshooting and remediating issues. Our Maintenance package gives customers peace of mind with quarterly health checks including configuration best practice, patching and upgrades. 

Education is key to better Cyber Security. FullProxy provides Training Services to allow customers to move forward with the technology they have invested in. We offer authorised vendor training as well as bespoke courses and sessions that are perfectly tailored to customer needs.
