Founded in 1978, Keller Schroeder is headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, with a second location in Nashville, Tennessee.  We have a cross-industry market focus, including a concentration of clients in manufacturing, finance, utilities, and healthcare.  We have clients ranging in size from international organizations to small regional offices.  Our diversity allows us to realize the positive impacts that can come from the implementation of technology to improve business processes in organizations of all sizes.

We have earned an impeccable reputation with the 250+ clients we serve annually.  The fact that our twenty largest clients have an average relationship of eighteen years with us speaks to our ability to deliver the positive impacts we strive for in adding business value.  Our staff has an average tenure of nearly sixteen years, another testament to our focus on positive impacts for employee-owners.  We have a track record of solid financial performance – profitable in every year of our existence – and our culture has been certified as a Great Place to Work.  For over forty years, our focus on positive impacts for employee-owners, clients, and communities has proven to be a highly successful formula.

Keller Schroeder’s products and services are extended through four different business areas.  With our four distict groups, we have the ability to offer more technology resources to our clients and take a more holistic approach when helping them solve their IT challenges.  

Our Applications Solutions Group helps organizations improve business processes, meet customer requirements, achieve regulatory compliance, integrate disparate systems, and respond to other unique marketplace demands.  The team works with a variety of solutions, platforms, and development tools.  The Applications Solutions Group consists of project managers, analysts, architects, and developers.

Our Data Strategy Group subscribes to the idea that Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence are skills that every organization needs.  They firmly believe that implementing a Data Strategy is a cultural endeavor and believe any organization can be good at advanced analytics. The Data Strategy team developed the Keller Schroeder Data Strategy Framework, which is a comprehensive implementation framework to help organizations establish the data lifecycle management practices necessary to apply advanced analytics for business benefit successfully.

Our Infrastructure Solutions Group has the systems engineering and technical expertise to build and support highly integrated solutions across a variety of leading hardware and software platforms.  Their highly trained and certified Network Solutions Group team has deep experience in designing and implementing stable, secure, and robust networks and servers to deliver the network performance organizations require. Holding advanced certifications in Information Security to help ensure our clients’ networks are designed using advanced techniques and industry best practices is a top priority for our Infrastructure Solutions Group team.

Our Staffing Solutions Group specializes in technical recruitment and placement of quality IT professionals in contract and full-time positions with our clients. In addition, in the event our core staff is unavailable, a unique skill set is needed, or the geographic location of the project is outside our region, our Staffing Solutions Group is able to source qualified professionals to fulfill client requirements.  With over 30 years of recruiting and human resources experience, our Staffing Solutions Group can ensure our clients they are skilled at screening for only the best candidates.  Their technical recruitment and placement of IT professionals extends across a multitude of industries.
