Do what you do best:

  • DRIVE GROWTH You develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that is aligned with the company's growth targets and focused on the relevant segments and personas 
  • GET INTEREST You generate attention and sales in the desired segments and target groups 
  • TAKE THE LEAD You lead, manage and supervise the Demand Generation teams (Inbound, Digital, SDR and Events) 
  • UNITE RESPONSIBILITY Your commitment leads to a coherent, integrated approach in which you oversee all demand generation channels including inbound and outbound marketing and sales development 
  • ANALYZING & OPTIMIZING You evaluate data from measures and campaigns, measure funnel efficiency and ROI - the basis for making informed decisions to optimize and scale successful initiatives 
  • CROSS TELLING You coordinate goals, messaging, lead scoring and follow-up strategies across departments with sales and marketing to improve the lead-to-customer conversion rate 
  • GOAL SETTING You promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability 
  • BEING AHEAD You follow the latest trends and technologies in demand generation and SaaS marketing - or simply develop them yourself in the form of effective tactics and tools    
  • MANAGE EFFICIENCY You use the overall budget for demand generation, resources and acquisition costs in a high-performance and sustainable manner

What we appreciate about you:

  • At least Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field 
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Demand Generation or Performance Marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Software or IT Security company
  • Proven track record of designing and executing demand generation strategies that drive substantial business growth
  • Strong analytical skills such as interpreting data, recognizing trends, classifying them and deriving recommendations from them  
  • Expert knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft or Salesforce) and digital go-to-market platforms (e.g. Bombora, ZoomInfo, Linkedin SalesNavigator, Outreach, etc.) 
  • Ideally practical experience in implementing a relevant sales and marketing automation solution 
  • Experienced in leading and managing teams of team leads, driving alignment, performance, and strategic execution 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal qualities with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization 
  • Creative, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to test new approaches and improve based on performance data 
  • Presentation and negotiation skills in German and English
