Do what you do best:
- DEVELOP PRODUCT STRATEGY Define and implement the product vision and strategy in alignment with our corporate goals
- CONDUCT MARKET ANALYSIS Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks
- CREATE BUSINESS CASES Develop well-founded business cases together with our G2M departments and push your own product ideas
- CREATE PRODUCT ROADMAP Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects our short- and long-term goals
- MANAGE REQUIREMENTS Gather and prioritize product requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders and development teams
- SUPPORT PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Oversee the entire product development process from idea to market launch
- PLAN MARKET LAUNCHES Plan and execute product launches, including the creation of go-to-market strategies and plans
- ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Collect and evaluate customer feedback to make continuous improvements and adjustments
- MEASURE SUCCESS Define and track KPIs to assess product success and identify improvement opportunities.
What we appreciate about you:
- Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a similar field
- Several years of professional experience in product management, ideally in the software or IT sector
- In-depth knowledge in the development and implementation of product strategies
- Extensive practical experience in working with the formulation of acceptance criteria and business value
- Enthusiasm for turning complex issues into stories
- Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of abstraction ability
- Very good German skills and good English skills
