Do what you do best:

• DEMONSTRATE UNDERSTANDING Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Unified Endpoint Management Solutions and their value to our customers 
• SAY HELLO You will network with IT administrators, IT managers, and decision-makers on a personal and individual level
• LIVE THE BARAMUNDI VALUES Develop and close business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, in a way that reflects baramundi values 
• CREATE PIPELINES and build accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting 
• REACH PEOPLE You work closely with marketing and coordinate the right communication mix to attract new customers and prospects
• STAY CONNECTED You work in an agile and flexible manner via phone, email, social media or MS Teams in a small start-up-like environment
• BUILD REALTIONSHIPS Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve company objectives
• BE YOURSELF and find your place in our diverse and helpful team

What we appreciate about you:

• Minimum 5  years selling software solutions in  the mid enterprise and IT / Security space
• Proven track record of effective selling within the specific geographical territory listed 
• Must demonstrate proficiency in executing a formal sales process and possess familiarity with qualification frameworks
• Ability to accept ambitious goals, find ways and strategies to achieve them
• Proven cold calling experience and perseverance
• A proven track record managing accounts in IT or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate the business
