All information is mandatory and forms the basis for the granting of Project Protection by baramundi software GmbH or baramundi software USA, Inc.
The address is protected upon receipt of the Project Protection application by baramundi software GmbH or baramundi software USA, Inc.
Project Protection is valid for 12 months and is not automatically extended.
The partner undertakes not to develop any sales activities competing with baramundi in the promotion of the aforementioned project for the period of Project Protection. baramundi assures that it will not involve any other partners in the aforementioned project without consultation with the partner. baramundi cannot prevent other partners from offering baramundi products in the same project. However, baramundi Project Protection guarantees the partner exclusive support from baramundi for this project. No Project Protection is granted for public tenders.
