baramundi honored a new at "Great Place to Work 2024"

Augsburg, April 11, 2024 – The commitment to the baramundi workforce is paying off: The renowned software manufacturer has once again received outstanding ratings from its employees in the "Great Place to Work 2024" awards. For the eleventh time in a row, the company is one of the top 100 employers in Germany, rising from 12th place last year to 6th place in the category with 251 to 500 employees. In the categories Best Employers in Bavaria and Best Employers in ICT, baramundi even achieved 4th place. This award recognizes baramundi's exceptional performance and high level of commitment to maintaining motivating working relationships and creating attractive working conditions.

Every year, the Great Place to Work® Institute surveys employees in German companies about their working conditions. The Institute examines the participating companies on the basis of a specially created catalog of questions and criteria with regard to the core qualities of excellent employers such as fair cooperation, credibility and strong team spirit. The seal of quality stands for the strong identification of employees with their company. Among other things, baramundi employees were asked about the quality of personnel and management work. As a result, an impressive 93% stated that they rate their workplace at baramundi as very good - far above the German average. Equally impressive are the values in the areas of work-life balance (96%), health promotion (91%) and friendly cooperation (96%), in which baramundi received top marks
