baramundi honored at "Germany's Best Employer 2025"

Augsburg, March 25, 2024 - baramundi software GmbH has once again received outstanding ratings in the prestigious "Germany's Best Employers 2025" award and is now one of the top 100 employers in Germany for the twelfth time in a row. In the category with 251 to 500 employees, the specialist for end device management secured 8th place. baramundi also achieved 4th place in the category  "Best ITC Employers".

The Great Place to Work® survey, which is conducted annually by the institute of the same name, evaluates the working conditions in German companies. Criteria such as fair cooperation and credibility are included in the assessments, as are respect and team spirit. Only companies where the workforce expresses a particularly high level of satisfaction are awarded the coveted GPtW seal of approval

Outstanding employee satisfaction
The results of the latest survey show that an impressive 92% of baramundi employees rate their workplace at baramundi as "very good". baramundi was also able to shine in other criteria: 99 percent of employees feel that the way they work is fair, regardless of origin, gender or age. 97 percent confirm that their manager sees mistakes as learning opportunities and has confidence in their good work. In addition, 94% are very satisfied with the facilities at their workplace.
