Kanban Board
The Kanban board is used in the “pull method” of team and project management to visualize individual or group tasks or stepsas cards placed on different columns or phases of the workflow, e.g., “To Do”, “In Progress” and “Completed.” Team members “pull” tasks from the To Do column and place them on their personal work list when they have capacity to do so.
The pull method allows teams to organize their own work and continuously adjust the workflow to increase efficiency and productivity.
